Year 4 on Tour

Our Year 4 pupils went on tour this week! Packing up our ukuleles into their cases brought some excitement on Wednesday, as we set off for Linton Infants to visit Year 1. Classes 3 and 4 enjoyed presenting and performing to Woodpecker and Bat classes, playing ‘IKO IKO’ and ‘Best Day of My Life’ to our appreciative audience. We then separated into smaller groups to work together on modelling and teaching some ukulele skills and completing a classroom based activity. Pupils in class 3 agreed “It was really fun showing what we can do and how much we have learned about the ukulele.”
