Welcome to the Year 6 page
Class 7 is taught by Mr Wilson and Class 8 is taught by Mrs Hewitt every morning and Miss Rootes/Miss Walton in the afternoon. We are lucky to be supported by Miss Rootes, Mrs Harrison, Mrs Tunnicliff and Mrs Kaminski.
Miss Farr teaches one of our PE sessions on a Tuesday. The other PE session is on a Wednesday.
On a Thursday afternoon, Mrs Mason, our music specialist, teaches music and this half term, Miss Davies, will be teaching RE.
This term, our main focus will be transition and the Year 6 production, “I’m an 11 Year Old – GET ME OUT OF HERE!!” While there will be still be other subjects taught (such as SRE, History, English, and Maths), there will be no set timetable for this half term. The only days and activities set in stone are:
Year 6 swimming – every Tuesday, bring swimming kit.
Year 6 PE (dance) – every Wednesday, come in PE kit
