Our school kitchen is run by a company called Innovate.  Innovate use an online booking system called SchoolGrid for ordering and paying for school meals.  Once your child is registered and has started with us, you will receive an email from School Grid which will contain instructions on how to activate your account and create your password.  The link on the email is only available for 24 hours. Please therefore ensure that you activate your account within this timeframe.  You will most likely need to provide your child with a home packed lunch on their first day or two with us until your SchoolGrid account is up and running.

To set up your SchoolGrid account, the school will securely share the necessary parent and pupil information with SchoolGrid.  You can view SchoolGrid’s Privacy Policy here:

Ordering Meals

Meals can be ordered weekly, monthly or even on a termly basis.  You can also add or remove a meal for your child up until midnight the day before.  If your child receives free school meals, you must still place your order through SchoolGrid.

Paying for Meals

If you pay for school meals, there is one payment option:

Card Top-Up
Add credit to your account using your debit or credit card.

If you do not top up, you will receive a reminder message, and you will be unable to complete the order.  The price of a school meal is £3.00.
Cancellations

If your child will not be taking their meal, please remember to cancel the order on SchoolGrid. If you do not cancel, you may still be charged. Cancelling also helps us reduce food waste.
