Admissions
Although we are a popular school, almost at full capacity, there are some spaces and flexibility in some year groups. Feel free to call the office to discuss availability and to arrange a tour if you would like. We take children from Year 3 to Year 6 (ages 7-11).
Most of our children join us from Linton Infants School. All Linton Infants pupils must still apply for their place through their local authority, the deadline is usually the middle of January. Further information for residents of Cambridgeshire where children would be joining us at the start of Year 3 can be found here: Primary school admissions – Cambridgeshire County Council
If you are interested in moving to our school at a time other than in the September of Year 3, you will need to apply to ‘in year admissions’. More information can be found here: In-year admissions (moving schools) – Cambridgeshire County Council
Anglian Learning is the Admissions Authority. All admission requests to Linton Heights Junior School are processed by the Cambridgeshire County Council Admissions Team.
The admissions policy can be found below.
Information about oversubscription criteria can be found within the policy. We are a non-selective school.
