‘Float’ – Rosa’s version

Last week’s Writing Cup winner, Rosa from class 5 has a reason to feel exceptionally proud this week. After reaching out to ‘Float’ author and illustrator, Daniel Miyares, to share her unique take on his story, Rosa received a wonderful response praising her insightful and imaginative take from the father’s perspective. Describing the experience as an honour to read and worthy of the highest praise, the author has implored Rosa to continue to write and illustrate with hopes he might be able to see her future work on the shelves!
