Have you thought of joining Girlguiding? All our units are open and are having weekly meetings via Zoom. So far in the last year our girls have earnt over 1,000 badges, made bionic hands, tried many fun crafts, and travelled the world from their home. They have also played games, tried to break world records, and laughed lots too. That’s not all as part of Anglia region we have camped anywhere but our own bed with Girlguiding nationally. We also had a summer festival. With a day of exciting activities for every age to enjoy.

There are four sections for girls and we have all of them in Linton district. They are: Rainbows (ages 5-7) in Linton; Brownies (7-10) in Horseheath, Brinkley, Balsham and Linton; Guides (10-14) in Brinkley and Linton; and Rangers (14-18) in Brinkley and Linton. We also have an adult only section known as the Linton Trefoil Guild.

Whilst we are running meetings from home, we are also enabling our activities so every girl can take part. Come and see what we do and have some fun and adventure without leaving the comfort of your armchair, at least until we can meet face to face again!

As a district we would also love to open a new Rainbow unit in Brinkley and a Rainbow and Guide units in Balsham. If you would like to join our amazing team of volunteers and inspire our girls or would like your daughter to join us in a unit near you, please check out the link below:
